WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept EXCHANGES on books ONLY, if you receive a book you already have. You are responsible for shipping the item back, once we receive your return we will ship you out a new title.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 5 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) ONLY BOOKS are eligible for EXCHANGE; (iii) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST; (iv) NO refunds on shipping.

We will NOT accept returns on ANY Custom Handcrafted Items.

Shipping Information

Shipping will be through USPS and we will always provide a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Shipping will be fulfilled within 3 business days for all non-custom items. 

Exceptions; Holidays, Sundays, or USPS is closed for any other reason. 

Shipping on all Custom Handcrafted items will be fulfilled within 3-10 Business days depending on order size and custom work to be done. We will always keep a line of communication open with any updates on shipping regarding all custom handcrafted work.
